Under the authority of Article II, Section 9, and Article III, Section 17,                                                      
of the Alaska Constitution, and in the public interest, I call the                                                              
Twenty-Seventh Legislature of the State of Alaska into its third special                                                        
session at Juneau, Alaska, in the legislative chambers on April 18,                                                             
2012 at 1:00 p.m. to consider the following subjects:                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
     1. relating to oil and gas production taxes;                                                                               
     2. House Bill 9 - in-state gasline development corporation,                                                                
          previously under consideration during the second regular                                                              
          session of the Twenty-Seventh Legislature of the State of                                                             
          Alaska;                                                                                                               
     3. House Bill 359 - sex crimes; testimony by video conference,
